Outpatient & Intensive Outpatient Services

At Obsidian Integrative Wellness Center, we provide a continuum of outpatient mental health services designed to meet you where you are and support you as your needs change.

Our services range from traditional outpatient therapy to more structured, intensive support through our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

Our Levels of Care

🟢 Outpatient Therapy

Our outpatient services include:

• Individual therapy

• Group therapy

• Family therapy

• Somatic and integrative approaches

This level of care is ideal for individuals seeking ongoing support, skill-building, and emotional wellness.

🔵 Enhanced Outpatient Services

Some clients may benefit from a more structured outpatient experience that includes:

• Increased session frequency

• Group-based support

• Coordinated care

These services are designed to provide additional support while remaining in an outpatient setting.

🔴 Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our IOP offers a higher level of care for individuals who need more structured and frequent support.

The program includes:

• Multiple sessions per week

• Group therapy

• Individual therapy

• Psychoeducation and skill-building

Flexible Care That Grows With You

Clients may move between levels of care based on their needs. As progress is made, services may be reduced in intensity, allowing for a smooth transition back to standard outpatient care.

Our goal is to provide the right level of support at the right time, without disruption in your care.

Insurance and Services

We accept both Medicaid and commercial insurance plans. Services may vary slightly depending on insurance requirements, but all clients receive high-quality, individualized care.

All services - BCBSIL Community Health and Meridian.

IOP Only - BCBCIL PPO, HMO (Advocate Medical Group Only), Aetna and United Healthcare, and Cigna.

We do have interns we work with during the school semester for those who do not have insurance or their insurance costs are too high. Lack of insurance does not completely bar you from services.

Self-Pay Rates

For individuals without insurance or who prefer private pay, the following rates apply:

• Psychiatric Diagnostic Assessment – $250

• Individual Therapy (60 minutes) – $200

• Individual Therapy (45 minutes) – $175

• Individual Therapy (30 minutes) – $150

• Group Therapy – $30 per session

• Crisis Intervention (On-site, during office hours) – $250

Sliding scale options may be available based on financial need.
