Bio

Mr. Marques Randall has devoted his time and energy into developing, managing and consulting the visions of others. The native Chicagoan, found comfort in the south and decided to relocate to Houston, TX after obtaining his Bachelors of Science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston. In, February of 2018, he returned to his home church Lighthouse Baptist Church where he services as associate minister. There Minister Randall spearheads youth initiatives and assist with teaching, training preaching the word of God.

           Marques' organization affiliations include the National Society of Minorities in Hospitality and National Coalition of Black Meeting Planners. Marques was instrumental in the enhancement of the rapidly evolving youth ministry at the Loving Word Fellowship. The he was honored to spearhead millennial movements such as The Less Than 40 Alliance and PrimeLife Ministries. He has been privileged to work with great organizations such as Life Changing Ministries, TAWHIT, Salt & Light International Fellowship, KB Crew Productions, University of Houston Good News Gospel Choir, A Chosen Generation Youth Ministries and many more. Randall played a key role in the building & expansion campaign for The Church Without Walls. Assisting ministerial development programs under Pastors Paul Landrew, Troy Johnson and Aaron McNair, Randall let's his strive for excellence speak for him.

     Marques devotes his spare time to his most recent ministry endeavor, In Christ In College. This is a youth outreach ministry that offers assistance to college age youth. He's international travel with Dr Joel Gregory and Proclaimers Place has afforded him the opportunity to study & minister in London, Oxford, Paris and South Africa. Mr. Randall enjoys giving back to the youth by sharing his Time, Talent and Teasure. “My ultimate goal is to live a life that is pleasing to GOD and help as many people as I can so my living won’t be in vain"

   Marques has experience with client populations that have the following issues: Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, OCD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anger, Suicidal Ideation, Sexual Identity issues, LGBTQ+ issues, Spiritual trauma, Anxiety, and Depression.
